Any pointers on how to build a good sales process? We're just starting out on B2B SaaS sales and could definitely use some help

  1. Do you have your first 10 (or 5) customers?
  2. If yes, do you have case studies and testimonials on review sites?
  3. If no, don’t think of a process just yet. Think of ways to overcome the trust deficit that you face as an early startup. What people want to know is “will you be around in 1 year” and “will this product actually work”. But the way they will answer this question when you have less than 10 customers is by deciding ‘can I trust this person’?
  4. If you have 10 customers and case studies then try to expand the influence and trust sphere using those.
